Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for a free account at JelyTech. You'll need to provide your email address and create a secure password. After registration, verify your email to activate your account.

2. Choose Your Plan

Select a plan that fits your needs:

  • Free Plan: Perfect for testing with 100 messages/month
  • Pro Plan: For growing businesses with 5,000 messages/month and API access
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions with unlimited messages and dedicated support

3. Create Your Organization

Set up your organization to manage chatbots and team members. Each organization can have multiple chatbots and team members with different permission levels.

4. Deploy Your First Chatbot

From your dashboard, click "Create New Chatbot" and follow these steps:

  1. Give your chatbot a name and description
  2. Upload training documents (PDFs, DOCX, or text files)
  3. Customize the chatbot's appearance and behavior
  4. Test your chatbot in the preview panel
  5. Copy the embed code and add it to your website

Inviting Team Members

Usage Quotas

Your plan includes a monthly message quota. When you approach your limit:

  • You'll receive email notifications at 80% and 95% usage
  • Your chatbot will continue to work but may be throttled
  • Upgrade your plan anytime to increase your quota

Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can:

  • Update payment methods in your account settings
