How do I get started with JelyTech?

Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for a free account, create your organization, and follow our step-by-step guide to create your first chatbot. Check out our Getting Started guide for detailed instructions.

What file formats can I use to train my chatbot?

JelyTech supports PDF, DOCX (Word documents), and plain text files. You can upload product documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and any other relevant content to train your chatbot.

Can I customize the appearance of my chatbot?

Yes! You can customize your chatbot's colors, position, branding, greeting messages, and more from your dashboard. All plans include full customization options.

What happens when I reach my message quota?

You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80% and 95% of your monthly quota. Your chatbot will continue to function, but you may want to upgrade your plan to ensure uninterrupted service. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.

Do you offer API access?

Yes! API access is available for Pro and Enterprise plan customers. With API access, you can integrate JelyTech's chatbot capabilities directly into your applications. Check out our API documentation for more details.

Can I add team members to my organization?

Absolutely! You can invite team members with different permission levels (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer). The number of team members you can add depends on your plan:

  • Free: 1 member (you)
  • Pro: Up to 10 members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited members

How do I embed the chatbot on my website?

After creating your chatbot, you'll receive a simple embed code. Just copy and paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag. The chatbot will automatically appear on your site. Detailed instructions are available in our Chatbot Setup guide.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow industry best practices for data protection. Learn more about our security measures on our Security page.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoice-based billing.
