7. AI and Chatbot Content

Our services use artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI to generate chatbot responses. Important considerations:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your chatbot responses
• You should implement appropriate content filters and guidelines
• We are not liable for content generated by your chatbots
• You must comply with OpenAI usage policies and guidelines

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JELYTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JelyTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or relating to:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content generated by your chatbots

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where JelyTech is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination
